I2G Deliverables
The Innovate to Grow event requires specific deliverables. All I2G content must be approved by your industry partner for public release before submission.
Approval Process
- Ask your mentor ASAP what content is allowed for public release and what content must not be shown (if any)
- Write the abstract and fill out the Google form (see Assignment 02 under the "I2G Prep Tasks" category on CatCourses)
- Plan the script for the presentation and the demo video
- Submit to your mentor for approval
- Develop your presentation and demo video
- Submit to your mentor for approval
- If your mentor does not approve, revise until approved

Demo Video
Recorded demonstration of your working application, submitted both as a standalone file and embedded in your PPTX slides.
Specifications:

Public release: Optional ā must be approved by your industry partner. Lack of explicit approval constitutes implicit consent.
Deadlines: - Initial draft: Thursday, 07-MAY, 11:59pm - Final version (with revisions): Wednesday, 13-MAY, 11:59pm
Demo Video Tips
- Record in separate sessions, then stitch them together
- Use Video Editor / Clipchamp (PC) or iMovie (Mac), or any video editing tool you prefer
- Test audio ā balance volumes across all voices and check for background noise
- Check camera for washout when recording
- Use the same equipment (computer, microphone, etc.) you'll use at the I2G Q&A session to avoid surprises during a live demo
- Prepare a pointer (physical or virtual) for slides and demo

Short technical report documenting how to access and use your project.

File Upload Instructions
- File naming convention: Use the format
2026-CSE-###-[demo/presentation/slides/report].filetype, where###is your 3-digit CatCourses team number. - Example:
2026-CSE-342-demo.mp4,2026-CSE-342-slides.pptx,2026-CSE-342-report.pdf - Upload individually ā do not submit zip archives. Each file is uploaded separately to your team's Box.com folder.
- Upload location provided by email to each team.
Poster Requirements
- Communicate: value proposition, architecture, key features, results
- Visual hierarchy: title, problem, solution, technical highlights
- Printable format (see CatCourses for specific dimensions)
Judging Criteria
I2G judges evaluate projects across the following dimensions:
