Week 8 — In-class presentations
The Design Review is a mid-semester milestone where each team presents their project architecture, design decisions, and planned implementation approach. This is a 6-minute presentation during class time.
Presentation Requirements
Your 6-minute presentation must include:
- Project Problem & Stakeholders
- Explain who the stakeholder is and what they do
- Be clear about the problem space, context, and motivation

Use pictures to explain the problem — don't assume industry terminology is well-known

- Goals and requirements

Key use cases / user stories

Design Model
- System architecture and component diagram
- Wireframes or prototypes (from Lab 3)

Data model (class diagrams from Lab 3)

Project Management & Testing Plan
- Team roles and rotation
- Iteration roadmap

Testing strategy and quality approach

Q&A — Be prepared to answer questions from instructors and peers

What to Copy from Lab 3
From your Lab 3 deliverables, bring into your Design Review slides: - Copy wireframe/mockup images into "Prototype and Design" slides - Copy architecture diagrams (component, sequence, ERD) into the same section
